Liability and Responsibility

Yemgeta Travel Adventure assumes no responsibility for inconveniences caused by an airline, hotels, with regard to schedule change, hotel room denial, sickness, injury, death, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party etc…however, Yemgeta will use its best efforts to assist as an agent to our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents.

Yemgeta Travel Adventure’s liability to guests transported in its own vehicles shall be in accordance with the governing laws of Ethiopia pertaining to comprehensive insurance coverage.

Yemgeta Travel Adventure shall take every possible care to safeguard you and your property but it will not be liable for any damage or loss of any personal effects

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Yemgeta Travel Adventure will entertain requests in connection with tours and safaris not limited to bird watching, hiking, game viewing historical site, cultural sites visits, etc… from other tour operators, agencies and private individuals.

Upon confirmation of tours, payments will be effected as follows:

20% upon confirmation of the tour.

The balance of 80% 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

If complete payment has not been made as per above, Yemgeta Travel Adventure is not obliged to accept the client/conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand, and no refunds will be made.

Cancellations

In good faith, Yemgeta Travel Adventure will do all it can to accommodate the needs and interests of its clients. Nevertheless, Yemgeta Travel Adventure may be obliged to forfeit such needs and interests in view of its liability to third party. Yemgeta Travel Adventure strongly recommends trip cancellation and baggage insurance

Cancellation of confirmed bookings received more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of US$ 50 per person.

50% of the total rate of the tour will be subject to a penalty for Cancellation received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure

Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to relinquishment of the entire tour rate.
